Based on the other discussion, I am moving this to its own discussion and am prepared to move it to a vote soon.

 

Chapter one change - no longer require a paper book to everyone, but require it to be printed upon request. Requirement for electronic resource. I am not saying anything specific like "website" or "app", etc, because this will change in the future:

 

1C.12 Program Book

For NAUCC, all registrants shall be provided with an electronic resource containing a full schedule of all events, maps and directions to all event locations, and as much rule and background information as possible. This information shall be provided by that date that NAUCC commences. Upon request, a printed schedule will be provided at registration.

I also agree that this is a better option with the addition of 'printed schedule available upon request'.
