Background
We want to add transgender language
Proposal
New section: 1B.6 - Transgender Riders.
NAUCC is committed to providing an open and safe environment for people of all genders. A rider may register with the gender (male or female) with which the rider identiļ¬es most and that will be used for all competitions.
